Fee Rules

 

  • In case of nonpayment of fees within due date, permission must be taken from the school authority for payment of fees in the subsequent month along with late fine as applicable.
  • If a child discontinues/ takes a Transfer Certificate from Burnpur Riverside School, Asansol in the middle of the academic session, the caution money for the same will be refunded only after settlement of all dues at the end of the academic session.
  • Fee, once paid is not refundable.
  • Changes in fee structure can be made at any time if the school authority thinks it necessary.
  • Parents are requested not to pay the school fees through NEFT/ RTGS/ IMPS.
  • The School does not have any Cancellation Policy with regards to its stated school fees.

Fee Terms and Conditions

School Fees should be deposited through online payment gateway. Only in case of exigency, school fees will be collected by ATM/Debit/Credit Card (excluding Gift Card) of any bank through POS Machine installed at the school, subject to prior permission of the school authority.   1. Fees for all classes should be deposited as per the schedule mentioned in the Fee StructureThe name of the student will be struck off from the school roll, if he/she fails to deposit the school fees for two consecutive months and he/she will not be allowed to attend classes until permission is granted by the Director & Principal.
