ABOUT BURNPUR RIVERSIDE SCHOOL, ASANSOL –

Burnpur Riverside School, Asansol begins its journey from the academic session, 2025-26. Carrying on the legacy of excellence of Burnpur Riverside School, Burnpur and Burnpur Riverside School, Chittaranjan, B.R.S, Asansol is the third branch of the chain of schools run by Burnpur Riverside School Educational Society.

B.R.S, Asansol is an English medium, co-educational school that is proposed to be affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.

Spread across a sprawling, green campus of nearly 04 acres, B.R.S, Asansol carries features that render it a distinctive school in the region. Spanning, at the moment, from Grades Pre Nursery (Balvatika – 1) to VIII, it incorporates all amenities and aids that seek to cater to the complete, holistic development of the child. Air conditioned classrooms aim to provide a congenial atmosphere for teaching and learning. State of the art laboratories and an enriched library are certain to supplement classroom learning with practical, hands-on and extended reading experiences respectively.

The avowed aim of B.R.S, Asansol is to provide the ‘best’ education to its pupils. The entirety of pre-primary instruction and learning shall be based on the essence and spirit of National Education Policy, 2020. Children shall learn knowledge and skills through play way methods and fun activities. In all, learning shall encompass the cognitive, affective and psycho motor domains of development of children.
